Chef Centeno began his professional life when he arrived to the DMV to start to work on the 3.5 Michelin star on Washington, DC The Oval Room, where he developed a great skill and knowledge in American cuisine…

He expanded his culinary focus immediately and had the opportuninity to join the culinary area at The Hay Adams Hotel, Washington DC, a top high-rated hotel by Zagat and Forbes.

After an highly rewarding journey at The Hay Adams Hotel, Chef Centeno opened his catering business A&A Catering DMV, with the dream of providing quality and exceptional service as customers deserve.
